My usual plumber was too busy now I have a new plumber these guys came the next day and completed a water heater removal and install expeditiously and performed good work in less than an hour! Thanks to Brian and his helper I'm calling these guys from now on. The quoted estimate is exactly what I paid.

My goodness, I wish I hired Syracuse plumbing first! I had another company in my area that I thought I would give my business. Big mistake. I called an environmentalist as my building sits on a slab, we thought something was wrong with the earth underneath. Had to hire an environmentalist to find the origin. After his inspection he showed us where the plumbers didn't seal an "Apex pipe" behind the laundry room sink. This caused constant Water to fill up entire area. It was a nightmare. Which caused black mold! I had to vacate my home and live in a Hotel!. Then my insurance company dropped me and would not reinstate the policy or write us a new one either. I decided to call Syracuse Plumbing, whom I had used before at my rental property in Syracuse. They did a great job, so why not give them a call? Syracuse Plumbing came out here almost immediately. They did the job in a timely manner, fixed it right! They are just amazing. Their knowledge and expertise smacks of true professionals. Very refreshing. I will be hiring Syracuse Plumbing for any other needs that I might have in the future. We had a full break in our master drain pipe in our basement rendering us from being unable to shower, flush toilets, and use any running water. From another plumbing agency in Syracuse, we were quoted at low $4000ish for the base repairs and an additional $3000 for the additional work to repair our downstairs bathtub drain and the laundry machine pump/drain. we got the second quote from Syracuse plumbing for roughly $5000 for everything. They worked incredibly efficiently (to quote one of the guys, "we are going to work ourselves out of a job!") and still came in nearly $1000 less than their own quote, final total for low $4000 for the master drain pipe replacement, downstairs tub drain pipe repair, toilet repair, and laundry pump/pipe replacement. all of that work was down in 2 days. we had our master pipe replaced allowing for upstairs shower usage and sink usage within the first day. Super polite, super fast, excellent prices. Thank you guys very much and I hope you get some more business. I would gladly call them again and highly recommend them.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The woman that took my information was very nice, she was also able to give me an estimate. The day I had my Appointment the plumber was able to fix the leaky faucet instead of having to replace it saving me quite a bit of money! Thank you I definitely recommend!!

I had a hot water tank replaced and they did an amazing job. We have also had the lines to the washer replaced and they did an amazing job as well. Prices are fair and the quality is extremely high. Plus you can talk to a plumber before they come to your house if necessary not just an appointment setter. They deserve 5 stars!

My hot water heater died the week before Christmas. The plumber I regularly use was unable to help me. Syracuse plumbing was very responsive. Shelly was wonderful on the phone. John was here within 2 hrs to assess what was needed and then returned 4 hrs later to replace the hot water heater and shut off valve. Worked quickly quietly and cleaned up after themselves. Price was fair. I believe I have a new plumber.

I am so happy and relieved that I finally found MY PLUMBER! Great service, work and price. Brian arrived on time and figured out how to solve the problem. He did the work quickly and even cleaned up. I have used Syracuse Plumbing for many years. They installed my plumbing and have continued to provide service whenever needed. They are unbelievably professional. Calls are immediately returned, and service is thorough, extremely timely, and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Syracuse plumbing has done multiple jobs for me so far. They are absolutely wonderful and Brian is amazing to work with.
